WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO PHOTOGRAPH ON THIS 4/5 HOUR PHOTO TOUR

We know the perfect vantage point to photograph the sunrise over Cape Town. Sunrise times vary from as early as 5am in summer (Dec) to 7:30am in winter (July).  Following sunrise we have some superb photo options for you:

CAPE TOWN CITY PHOTO TOUR
Colourful Cape Malay Quarter, Company Gardens and V&A Waterfront. There are opportunities for street photography, unique and colorful houses, and even some wildlife photography with tame squirrels in the Company Gardens, followed by time spent around the V&A Waterfront. This tour will involve some level city walking.

KIRSTENBOSCH BOTANICAL GARDEN PHOTO TOUR
Known as one of the world’s most beautiful botanical gardens, there is so much to photograph here from flowers to birds to macro to landscapes.

TOWNSHIP PHOTO TOUR
Outside the city is are high-density low-income suburbs known locally as ‘the townships’. Here you will join a local guide who will walk you through a township and introduce you to its people. This tour is not just a photo walk, but also an interactive cultural experience which greatly benefits the impoverished community, as tourism is an integral part of their local economy. CONSTANTIA WINELANDS PHOTO TOUR
The Constantia Winelands are just 20 mins drive from Cape Town CBD and were the first vineyards to be planted way back in 1655.  Though much has changed since then this little pocket has retained much of its character and offers stellar wines, foods, vista’s and photographs.

BEACHES/SEASCAPES PHOTO TOUR
There are numerous, beautiful beaches around the Peninsula from Camps Bay to Muizenberg, and much in-between, each with its own character and shoreline.  Seascape photography is immensely popular and this tour focuses of the Cape’s beaches.
